Qualifications

Nathan E. Hodges, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Hodges graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry with his DDS as an honors graduate then completed his master’s degree in oral biology and received his specialty certificate in Periodontics. Dr. Hodges has a practice limited to periodontics and dental implants in Rockwall, Texas. He has since become a vested member of the dental community, holding membership in many professional organizations. He continues to pursue continuing education, while lecturing and speaking on topics such as dental implants and gingival esthetics. He is a board-certified periodontist recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a fellow of the International Team for Implantology – an honor earned by less than 100 people in the US. In the area of dental research, his work has been published in various journals, and he continues to improve his own knowledge base and share his expertise with colleagues.

Away from the office, Dr. Hodges and his wife have two beautiful daughters, and he enjoys spending time with his lovely family.


Jeremy B. Cook

Dr. Jeremy B. Cook completed his undergraduate work in 2004 at Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Attending Baylor College of Denistry in Dallas, Texas, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2008. Dr. Cook earned his Certificate in Periodontics, Masters in Science, at University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas in 2011. He spent one year with Gilbert Coats, DDS, MS, Inc. Periodontists in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Cook joined Northeast Texas Periodontal Specialists in July 2012. He treats patients with the support of the long time staff of Dedra, Ann and Leslie.

We respect the costs involved with dental procedures. We also respect that dental insurance may have limited coverage with respect to coverage of dental treatment needs, particularly in the area of periodontics and dental implant therapy. While your insurance may not pay for all periodontal treatment, it may certainly help alleviate a certain amount of the financial burden. In an attempt to ease the financial concern associated with your recommended dental care, our office offers two different payment options. One interest free payment option is made available through Wells Fargo and another more flexible payment option available is through CareCredit.
