Financial Information

We are always here to help answer insurance questions. This is important since figuring out what is and is not covered under your insurance plan can be confusing. In addition, some of our procedures are covered by medical insurance and some by dental insurance.

To better assist you, please present both medical and dental insurance information during your first visit with us.

Prior to surgery, we will help you estimate insurance coverage as well as your patient obligation. The estimated patient obligation is due at the time of surgery. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Exact insurance coverage is often difficult to calculate, and you should know that information received by phone from an insurance company is not binding agreement for payment. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of insurance coverage. You are responsible for any remaining balance after insurance benefits are paid. We will of course, reimburse patients in the event of an overpayment.

If you are unable to pay the patient obligation in full at the time of surgery, or if you don’t have medical and/or dental insurance, we can in many cases set up a monthly payment plan. This must be arranged prior to the procedure.
