Qualifications

Dr. Blackburn has received training in all facets of dentistry. He graduated in 1981 from Weber State University in Utah and he is a 1985 graduate from MCV/VCU School of Dentistry. In recognition of his training he has received the Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry. He also has been voted one of the “Best Dentists in America.” He has the ability to change your smile and give you unbelievable cosmetic results.

Dr. Blackburn maintains his position on the cutting edge of dentistry as an evaluator with the top independent dental research organization in the world. He handles all types of emergencies and is the Team Dentist for Longwood University Athletics. One appointment computer fabricated crowns - crowns in one hour - are only one of the many high-tech procedures he does.
