 Implant Coordinator, & Surgical Assistant. She is a certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery assistant and has been working in dentistry for eight years. In addition, Amy has hospital privileges at Mercy Hospital and assists Dr. Petersen in the operating room.

Joshlynn – RDH & Surgical Assistant.
She is a Registered Dental Hygienist and assists Dr. Petersen in surgery.

Lindsey – RDA & Surgical Assistant.
Lindsey has been in dentistry for six years. She is a Registered Denatl Assistant and assists Dr. Petersen in surgery.

Brittany – Scheduling Coordinator.
Brittany has been in dentistry for five years. She checks patients in as they arrive as well as schedules and coordinates appointments.

Lydia – Billing & Insurance Coordinator.
Lydia has been in dentistry for eleven years and she takes care of all our billing and insurance.

Robin – Surgical Assistant.
Robin assists Dr. Petersen in surgery and has been in dentistry for ten years.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 530-223-1811. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.
