Dr. Chi D. Fu

Dr. Chi Fu has dedicated over 10 years to providing families in the Westchester area with quality dental care for healthy, beautiful smiles that can last a lifetime!

After graduating with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Dr. Fu earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the SUNY School of Dental Medicine, where he also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program. Dr. Fu is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Fu believes in lifelong learning in order to keep up-to-date on the exciting new technological advances in modern dentistry. His engineering background suits him well in this rapidly changing field, and he completes numerous hours of continuing education courses each year. Advanced training in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry, including certification in Invisalign®, allows Dr. Fu to work with you on a wide variety of dental concerns, forming a partnership in achieving your optimum oral health.

You can rest assured that while Dr. Fu continues to pursue excellence in dentistry, he also places great emphasis on being an honest, gentle, caring dentist who treats his patients, not just their teeth. Outside of the office, Dr. Fu enjoys spending time with his wife, Meilee, and their three children.

Dr. Kay T. Oen

Dr. Barry P. Levin demonstrates how biologic manipulation of wound healing and regeneration, and minimally invasive computer-guided surgery, lowers risks and trauma in patients at risk for bisphosphonate-associated osteonecrosis of the jaws. Dr. Kay Oen’s years of experience and advanced professional training translates into greater confidence and convenience for your entire family. Dr. Oen received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his DDS from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.

Dr. Oen is a respected and integral part of the dental community, having taught aspiring dentists in the General Practice Residency Program at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. He has served as Continuing Education Chair, President, Regional Director, and National Trustee for the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Oen is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He was elected to Fellowship in the American College of Dentists and is both a Fellow and a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has also received the Meritorious Service Award from the New York State Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Oen dedicates his time and effort not only to dentistry but also to the Port Chester community. He has served as a dental research associate for the PEARL Network at New York University College of Dentistry, as well as Principle Investigator for the inaugural protocol. In the community, Dr. Oen has served on the Board of Directors of both the Port Chester YMCA and the Port Chester-Rye Brook Rotary Club of which he has also served as its president.

Having dental work performed in the past was always agonizing for me and quite frankly, I'd rather have had surgery than dental work! With that in mind, I just want to thank you for all the beautiful dental work you have done on my teeth since last August. I've had several old crowns removed and replaced because of receding gums, my teeth whitened, a root canal performed and 7 veneers done on my upper front teeth. All of this work has greatly improved the appearance of my teeth, which were crooked and discolored, I no longer get food caught between my teeth, and I love my new appearance. When I look in the mirror, I can't believe it's my smile. I am a true believer that your teeth can make you look a lot older than your actual years and my new smile makes me look a good 10 years younger than I actually am! I know it's important to keep your teeth healthy and in good shape because bad teeth can lead to gum disease and even heart problems. But when the word "dentist" was ever spoken in my presence, I would cringe and hope another tooth wouldn't break, a cavity become apparent, or a filling fall out. I am so grateful that Dr. Oen decided to expand his practice by taking you on as his partner and turning over my dental care to you. I actually learned to relax in the chair while you performed all of the dental work on me over the past 10 months. You're gentle technique while working on my teeth has changed me from a nervous wreck in the chair into someone who could almost fall asleep while you're drilling and filling. When I was referred to Dr. Fu's office, by my sister Kerry, for dental care, I was so happy that the staff was so friendly and laid back. Dr. Fu is the nicest dentist. After a tew visits, I asked him for a consultation for Invisalign. Since I was a child I've always hated my teeth. Dr. Fu explained the whole process of Invisalign. It really seemed very simple. I liked the fact that they were clear, removable and convenient. Now that the procedure is done I can't say enough how happy I am with the results. For the first time I'm not ashamed ofmy teeth.
